Japanese Kana Chart
I created this Japanese Kana Chart a little while back and thought I would post it here for you all to save/use/share. If any of you are learning or are interested in learning Nihongo(Japanese) this chart might be useful for reference.
Kana refers to both the Hiragana and Katakana writing systems of the Japanese language. Most charts that I saw usually displayed the two in separate columns, or even on completely different charts. I wanted to try something different by putting them side by side with the corresponding sound underneath them both. I think I remembered all of the syllables correctly, but if you see anything I missed let me know.
If you click on the images it should take you to the bigger size. You might have to click on them again once they come up to get the full size. They all should be 1440x1080, so they should be big enough for most screen resolutions in case you want to use it for a wallpaper.

Re: Japanese Kana Chart
And now for a special quote from a character in a novel I am writing:
"Of all the endeavors of mankind, the most challenging and the most rewarding is friendship and love."

Re: Japanese Kana Chart
I haven't written in a while. I finished one novel, but it was absolute crap, so it will never see the light of day again.

Re: Japanese Kana Chart
PoPiPanda, even if you think it's crap I would still like to give it a read.
Mine won't be published for more than year or more, maybe. I am planning on doing a series of novels based on the same story, so I am still in the plot, character development and outline stages. I first started it back when I was 18. But since the first attempts were trash I had to rewrite lots of stuff over and over and the plot was all over the place. The first 80+ thousand words were rewritten about 3 times because I was bad with my English and grammar. I scrapped all of that and am starting over now, but this time I have made efforts to improve my writing and understanding of how to write a novel properly, so now I feel like I can really finish it this time, I hope.
Momo, I think fan fiction/writing is a wonderful thing and you should certainly enjoy doing it. Keep it up.
