Vocaloids Debate and Must Hears!

OKay well I was wondering what people think of Vocaloids in general. Is it good to use tecnology verses actual bands or musicians? Are there some vocaloids you like more than others? Comments or concerns? I happen to be a fan of them and I know my friends (most of the people on this site) like them too so I wanna hear some other comments! Are there some songs that are must hears? If you want to paste this thread on a music based forum that's cool too. No flaming people. D:
